The company Petrovision Piotr Kaczmarek, with its registered office at ul. Dzieci Warszawy 27A lok.106, 02-495 Warsaw, processes customers’ personal data in order to answer enquiries, send offers and supply GPS devices.

The personal data that are processed are:

  • Name
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number
  • Address
  • TIN (if the entity is a company)

The Administrator may share Users’ Personal Data with:

  • to administrative or judicial authorities, at their request, in order to inform them of actual or suspected violations of applicable law;
  • to accountants, auditors, lawyers, PR agencies, banks, translators, subject to contractual or legal obligations of confidentiality;
  • to third parties who process the data entrusted to them on behalf of the Controller, wherever they are established, in accordance with the requirements set out in this point;
  • to any entity, enforcement authority or court, to the extent necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of claims;
  • to any entity competent for the prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offences or the execution of criminal measures, including the safeguarding and counteracting of threats to public security;
  • to any transferee, in the event of a sale or transfer of any organised part of the Administrator (including in the event of reorganisation, dissolution or winding-up).

The aim of the project is to build an international sales network for GPS loggers and information technology by Petrovision by acquiring sales partners in selected markets of the Gulf countries
